about the venue
Span Arts is a non-venue based community arts organisation, delivering a programme of arts and events across Pembrokeshire from our office premises in Narberth. We use a wide variety of venues including village halls, community centres and outdoor settings along with our main venue The Queens Hall in Narberth. We are committed to ensuring that all our vnues are fully accessible however, some events are set in small rural venus and outdoor settings where accessibility is sometimes limited.
The main auditorium at The Queens Hall seats about 220 seated people and 400 standing. The auditorium canbe arranged flexibly to meet artist and audience needs and we can accommodate a range of seating options. The auditorium is reached through a hallway and is close to the toilet facilities and lift which provides access to Oriel Q Gallery and The Queens Hall office.
Our main venue The Queens Hall is wheelchair friendly, has a ground floor disaled toilet and a lift for access to upper floors. The main hall has a hearing loop which needs booking in advance. The seating options are flexible and can be adapted to suit most nees. If customers require special arrangements please contact the Span Arts Box Office. Span Arts Box Office and office premises are located in Narberth. The downstairs box office, gallery space, meeting room and kitchen are all wheelchair friendly and the venue has an accesible toilet. The upstairs office is only accessible via stairs.

Due to the rural nature of Pembrokeshire, we try to provide a variety of community transport services, lift share schemes and bus services to access our work. If you have any transport needs please do no hesitate to get in touch.
We are currently looking for volunteer drivers to enable us to offer a more comprehensive service and are setting up a lift sharing facebook page. Visit our website for more details.
