We are committed to safeguarding the privacy of all our Hynt customers. This policy sets out how we will use and treat your personal information. Hynt is run and managed by Creu Cymru. We work with a number of partners to deliver the scheme.

Diverse Cymru manage and monitor Arbitration and provide advice and guidance to the Hynt team.

The Card Network process all of the Hynt application forms, produce the Hynt cards and manage our database.

Include Arts provide training to all Hynt theatres and arts centres and provide advice and guidance to the Hynt team.

Our application process is managed by The Card Network. We use and protect any information that you give us when you our website or submit an application form.

The Card Network is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. Should we ask you to provide certain identifying information when you are applying for a Hynt card or us­ing the Hynt website, then you can be assured that it will only be used in accordance with this privacy statement.

What information do we collect?

We will collect the following information:

  • your name and contact information including your email address.
  • demographic information such as postcode.
  • other information relevant to the processing of an application for a card.

What do we do with the data?

Your data is held by us for record keeping and Hynt card scheme management. We will use it for:

  • processing your application for a Hynt Card and contacting you as necessary.
  • informing you of any changes to the Hynt Card scheme such as terms and conditions.
  • letting you know when your card is due for renewal.
  • informing you about accessible performances. You will only receive this information if you have asked for it on your application form.
  • verifying your card when you book tickets.

You can at any time ask to be removed entirely from our records please just email help@hynt.co.uk with your request.

How secure is your data?

We are committed to ensuring that all of your personal information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect.

How do we use cookies?

A cookie is a small file which asks permission to be placed on your computer's hard drive. Once you agree, the file is added and the cookie helps analyse web traffic or lets you know when you visit a particular site. Cookies allow web applications to respond to you as an individual. We use traffic log cookies to identify which pages are being used on the Hynt website. This helps us analyse data about web page traffic and improve our website in order to tailor it to customer needs. We only use this information for statistical analysis purposes and then the data is removed from the system.

Complaints

If you believe this policy has been breached in any way you should contact Hynt Administrator Megan Merrett at info@hynt.co.uk stating your concerns. We will respond to any such complaints as a matter of priority.
