The building complies with DDA.
There are two entrances to the building: Main entrance [box office] is by the car park – which can be approached on Balaclava Road. This is a flat access entrance from the car park to the building, through automatic doors.
Doc side entrance - waterfront.
This can be accessed on the same level from Victoria Dock. The door is situated by the café-bar.
Emergency Evacuation Information
Continuous ringing of the fire alarm is an instruction to leave the building.
On hearing the alarm you should leave by the nearest fire exit door, users with mobility problems should go to the nearest Fire Refuge Point.
Please note that the front entrance is not a designated fire escape.
You should go to the fire assembly point, the front car park.
Please move away from the building as crowds close to the exit slow down the work of the Emergency Services.
